I AM CONCERNED as you may have noticed in the header above about what is going on with our wines, especially large-production ones, and I want to have more transparency from these large groups as to what they are adding to the wines consumed and why?

IT STAND TO REASON that if they have more than a hundred or so essences of fruit flavors like Strawberry and Raspberry that are added to drinks to give us the sensation of drinking those fruits that other additives are being introduced to a grape to do the same thing on some level or another. I understand that many additives are allowed, I heard 50 as a number but that seems high. My point is that any number that is allowed should be talked about and explained as I would like to know why they are necessary at all? Let us start an open conversation about this, it is vitally important, it really is.

I DO NOT WANT TO ALARM, just start a meaningful conversation, have more transparency about all of this. As I learn more I will share it here with you all. I am all about transparency, even if it results in difficult conversation. You may expect me, us to be truthful here, as much as we possibly can be, with you all. It is hard as no one talks about any of this, as itf it is all a necessary evil and we must simply accept. Well, I am not about simply accepting, I want to know more, I want to know why, and I want to share this with you as I discover more.

WE HAVE St. PATRICK'S DAY this Thursday, March 17th : this is very exciting as I bring a 4-pack of MURPHY'S Imported StoutDraught-Style, with 14.9Fl. It will be a special treat, I like the taste very much. I really like corned beef as well, mmmmmmmm good!
