      One of our customers sent us this exchange online between Tom (  chat - food: washingtonpost.com ) and someone asking : 

          D.C. : Hi Tom - Love the column and this weekly Q&A. 
                     What is your favorite area store to shop for wine? 

          Tom Sietsema :  " I'm a regular at Cleveland Park Wines, in part because it's convenient, in part because they deliver ( for free ) but mostly because I've developed such a warm relationship with the merchants. They know my taste. They remember what I bought the last time. They frequently introduce me to delicious bargains. At other places, I've felt rushed or ignored. Not here.

     We just thought that you, too might like to read this. On our part, it has been a real pleasure to sell to Tom. He's such a gentleman and he's always nice to be around. And for my part I can say he always raises my spirits each time he visits as he is so often smiling and always kind and considerate and exudes positive energy. I, too like reading his column.
