Domaine Joulin 2008 Saumur Champigny

     I love Cabernet Francs and especially those from the Loire Valley. This estate-bottled wine is a classic medium-bodied Cabernet Franc with great acidity and some nice spice and earth and very nice with a meal. The food helps flesh the wine out and bring it forth and out of it's skin. It sells for $18.99 a bottle. Cheers,  TONY
